I agree with "rustyfarmall" and what he said below. You'll be way ahead to bite the bullet and get new tires and tubes. My Grandfather had a saying he always took out and used on us kids when we were trying to "shortcut" something: "Sometimes the longest way around is the shortest way home." I think that applies to trying to find used tires. Yeah, they might be out there but good ones are few and far between. Good luck.
