I ordered a water pump for a 2675 MF this spring over the net. They sent me an e-mail that my card was not charged and someone would contact me in 24 hrs. 3 days went by and nobody contacted me. I couldn't get anyone on the phone or get them to answer my emails. I needed to get this tractor fixed so I ordered from somewhere else. And wouldn't you know, the day after I ordered it elsewhere, the one from YT arrived and was sitting on the porch. Had to send it back and getting a refund took almost a month. Not a good experience.
