Ford 3000 won't crank

When I finished spraying last night I was hosing my Ford 3000 gas tractor off to cool it down and it died. Now it will not crank over. The two red lights on the dash come on when I turn the key but there is nothing at the starter...no noise, click or anything. The red lights do dim when I turn the key but do not go out. I did pull it to try and start it but it would not fire. Where should I start? Thanks
