A Cub is a good tractor. They don't have a lot of hp, but none the less you can do a fair amount with them. The value is up I think, because of the small size and Farmall name. Popular with folks with a few acres. For the same amount of money you can probably get a tractor with 3 times the hp if you can use it and have the room for it.
