IHC 300 utility 2 pt to 3 pt

I have a IHC 300 utility, and have the lower arms which insert in the fast hitch to convert to 3 point, but no upper bracket to attach the top link. Can someone find or take a picture of what this braket should look like so I can fabricate one.
