I think you can find a Tony anywhere.. There are also Tony's in the US too. The best cure for a crooked seller is a wise buyer. Know what you're buying. If a tractor doesn't run, you might expect the worse. If you're buying a piece of junk,, that's just what it is, something for parts. Dick
