This is the first Massey for me, I did order a service manual but it has not arrived yet. So I may need assistance with my toy! As far as a place for the Massey I have five acres in the hills west of Keuka Lake where I have a cabin, that I am finishing and a pond that leaks and needs fixing. Thanks for any help John
