well, in virginia,,,,(i always use that qualifing statement) driving automobiles on highways is a privilege while using them for agriculure is a right. bicycles have more right to the state roads than automobiles. i know 99% of the people don't realize this and know one day it will change. so in virginia at least if the sm object has a smv and agriculural and you hit it at 55 there is trouble and its the fast moving vehicle that in it.
