I work for a technical assistance agency that does planning work for small city governments. We work with communities that have populations under 3,000-most of those that I work with are under 500. (Generally, cities with populations of greater than 3,000 have a planning department while the smaller ones do not.) We work primarily in the water and sewer area, although we do other types of planning work as well. I've been in this line of work since I quit teaching (after 15 years) in '78. Love old tractors - BIL & I have more than 20, mostly Case & IH. Just a word of caution-I'm sure that OLDTRACTORITIS IS CONTAGIOUS, all of our sons (4 total) have the it, too.
