Generous friend of mine gave me an OLD two-section 20' wooden extension ladder; first time I used it, about half way up toward roof gutter, a rung broke under my right foot; let me down fast with rib cage hitting every still solid rung until I hit bottom; landed on both feet but didn't care much about cleaning out the gutter. Made firewood of the ladder. 'Tain't funny, McGee!!!
