I like light trucks but not for towing a trailer. A one ton truck with dual rear wheels was my preferred way to tow a trailer. Even then I have been pushed through a red light by a trailer. It just so happened that nothing was coming and I was the only vehicle at the red light but it still shook me up. Now I use a larger truck that has air brakes. Good Luck!
