Get yourself a good equalizing hitch and be sure to put 10 to 15% of the load on the tongue ( this will make it ride real well). Get a good set of electric brakes and a state of the art controller. If you have never hooked up a controller then get someone that has to help you with it. Even if it means taking it to a shop to have the controller professionally installed do it. DO NOT GET A SURGE BREAK. Surge breaks are worthless especially when you need them. The point that I am trying to make is that before you try to go, be sure that you can stop. If you do this project right, then things should work out for you. I am telling you these things out of experience. I have dumped a couple of trailers in my time and had a few near misses. Each time I learned something that I already knew. I hope that this has helped you make an informed decision. Just my $.002 worth Dan
