1953 Farmall Super M

I have a Super M that has been parked at the fence line for about 18 years and have never been started since. Last weekend my farther and I tried pulling it out of the fence line but were unable to move it. We jacked up the back and found the rear wheels would not spin. I am wondering what I can do to ge them to spin freely so I can pull it where I intend to restore it. Yes, the brake is off and its out of gear. Any help would be great Thanks, Ryan
