I don't believe vacuum pump or truck will be of any help; these can't lift more than 33.3 feet under the best working conditions(theory). Try others hints. One mentionned 25 feet under real conditions because water weighs less than silt, it is directly related to density(33.3 feet of water, 76 cm(29 inches) of mercury, ...) Rlach
