International 234 tractor

I was wandering what an IH 234 tractor is worth. the local dealer has one in great shape with 1400 hours on it. I know where it came from. The church had it in town and only used it for mowing the church lawn with a belly mower. The dealer is asking $5,000.00 for it. is this out of line? someone please let me know.
