When you buy Roundup Ready soybeans you sign an agreement that you agree not to 'brownbag' the resulting crop for seed for a future year.There is nothing unclear about that. If you use those beans for seed, you are in violation of the agreement you signed. If you are not willing to comply with that, then don't buy the seed. That contract has just as much validity as the one you sign when you agree to sell on the futures market at a given price. If the buyer reneged on the contract he signed with you because the price changed, you would raise holy he double toothpicks. It is the same with RR beans. Your signature is your bond. If you can't live with that responsibility, then don't buy the product. (Not sorry if my response was too 'wordy' for some.)
