sawmill power source

Hi, I just got an old Foley/Belsaw pto saw mill and need to come up with a power source. The previous owner used an old Buick stationwagon, bolted a pto spline to the rear axle. My choices are to do something similar (for about $200 or so, the cheapest option), or, ideally, find a broken down tractor w/pto, diesel in 60 hp+ range. How likely am I to find such a thing, and how much might it cost? What make/model might I look for? Any and all opinions are welcome. I have about a year to search if that makes a difference. Already have a IH T-340 for moving logs/lumber so don't really need a moving tractor. Thanks!
