Too bad other people's stupidity and ignorance spill over onto their judgment of others. She isn't educated enough to know that her car is putting out higher emissions while pulling that hill just the same as your diesel tractor. The difference is that black diesel smoke is visible to human eyes for a short period. Her car does the same thing, just undetected when we look. Besides, if she was environmentally as responsible as she thinks, she would find a way to ride her bicycle for transportation, as that is almost pollution free travel.
