On a budjet I would go with a Case 730. Good tractor for the money. They have live PTO and most had two sets of hydraulic outlets. Plenty left over to power a loader. Only real weak spots on these Case's are the brakes and powersteering. Not major problems just not their strongpoints and those two things are very important while using a loader. Most sell for around $2,500-$3,500 in good shape. Next I would pick a Allis WD-45 the hand clutch gives you live PTO which is very handy for bailing and using the mo-co. Good Luck in your search.
