I painted my little 2N with the industrial Rustoleum 3 and a half years ago. It has held up well. The best thing about it is that you can get matching spray cans. About every year I shoot all the scratches. Of course, a harder paint may hold up better, but if it were scratched, it wouldn't be as convenient to fix.
