Some claim that the emissions from the mower mowing the lawn are worse than a modern automobile driven 100 miles. The nearby town has 2 air quality monitoring stations- located at the busiest intersections and they claim the air is really bad. So the aldermen changed the law about lawn care. Before, if the grass in your yard was 12" high, the city would mow it and send you a bill for $75.00 per hour for the time required. They just changed the maximum grass height to 8". This will really help pollution, right?
