YES THEY HAVE A WARRANTY ON THE NEW IH TORQUES ONLY IT'S 15 YEARS.THAT'S IF THEY DIDN'T USE AFTER MARKET STUFF.I'LL AGREE WITH YOU I'D GO AND GET NOSE TO NOSE WITH THE DEALER,2 TORQUES TO GO OUT THAT QUICK SOUNDS LIKE THEY MIGHT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT.THEY REALLY SOULD STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK WAS THE SHOP RATE THAT THOSE DEALERS HAVE.JUST MY $.02 WORTH
