When the tire goes low, that's when you find out WHY!! When it's apart to fix it, wash the rim with soapy water, and put it back together.

Salt won't corode rims it's NOT touching!! I have some tires that have had cl in them more than 20 years and when i fix a flat, there's STILL no rust on the rims!!
