There really shouldn't be any difference. Those tractors were all built in Waterloo, IA just like the two-cylinders you find here in the states, and were then either shipped to dealers in Canada, or somehow made it across the border at a later date. That was in the days before Deere built several versions of tractors depending on what country they were going to. Even today they are divided into North American and European versions, so tractors going to Canada are pretty much the same as the ones staying here.
