International Harvester Hart tractor

I am looking for information on a small tractor that was produced by IH and possibly called "Hart". Supposedly, there were only 4 of these tractors made to work in vineyards to pull the wagons down the narrow lanes. I was told that IH produced these to try to compete with other companies who were producing garden class tractors that were being used in the vineyards. All I know is that the engines are air cooled, the clutch is a hand clutch, and there is a PTO for operating a pump. I don't think there are any hydraulics either. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
