Sorry to hear about the problem. In addition to the bell housing, I would check the transmission input shaft. It probably got bent before it pulled loose from the clutch plate. I would get a dial indicator and check the shaft for straightness. I am not familiar with the Super M transmission, but the input shaft probably has needle bearings in the bore on the backside of the shaft. These needle bearings need to be inspected/replaced also. Also inspect/replace the clutch, pressure plate, pilot and throw-out bearings. Now is the time to do it as long as the tractor is apart. The clucth disk center is probably warped or cracked and probably will need to be replaced.
Possibly some enterprizing individual will design a beef-up kit for this problem.
