My ebay tractor buying experience

What would you do in a situation like this. I bought a 10-20 IH from a small dealer in Kindred ND last December. I talked at length with him over the phone and said that I didn't want any surprises when I come to pick up the tractor, so please represent it correctly. I wanted a tractor that was complete. I didn't want a tractor that someone had shot holes through the radiator. He said the tractor was complete and should run, although he had never had it running. Anyhow, I decided to buy the tractor based on the phone conversation. I drove the 500 + miles to pick it up. Three minutes after I got out of the pickup, I noticed that the block was cracked in three places. Both brothers that run the business denied that they knew of the cracks. They agreed that they would let me have a block out of one of their other tractors. Based on this information, I decided to take the tractor home with me and deal with picking up the spare block at a later date after they had removed it from another tractor. I have had several conversations with these guys over the past 6 months. They tell me that they still have the block, its in the tractor, and they have not had the time to remove it. What would you do in a situation like this?? I have a witness to all this and the conversation.
