Farmall H continued

To answer the questions that were brought up from my previous post, the tractor does have a distributer, not a magneto, and it is getting fuel because there seems to be a significant amount running out of the carburetor. I am not sure if the fuel running out is normal or not, it seems to be running out of a hole, that looks like it is supposed to be there. If the timing was not good, why would it have run so well in the first place, a few weeks ago? Still baffled, Would appreciate any other leads, Thanks guys.
