Check the frame over good too. I think that was one of the models that they had a recall on with frame problems when a frontend loader was used on it. IH designed a couple of steel plates to reenforce the frame when a loader was used on it. Not sure but check with your dealer when getting your manuals. Make sure its the Case-New Holland-IH dealer too or what ever they call themselfs now.
