If that one were sheared, it would fall off, but it
would not rotate. He must have parts busted
inside it. Really cheaper to just buy a new one,
then to fool around with whatever model he
has. Likely cost more to track down parts, if
any available. You would have to remove this pin, to get the
ORC off, then take it apart & find out what is
broken inside, probably worn out dogs and/or
springs, would need to be rebuild & put back
together. Simple parts, but where would you
