That 445 was almost certainly built before 1980. The 350 and the 445 used the same engine block, but the 445 was rated a few more HP. The price of $5K is tops and only for a really good specimen. Try for $3500-$4000. I bought a new 360 in 1978 and am still pleased- it is not the finest tractor ever made- but for the price I paid, I feel that it was a bargain.
