AC 180 Coolant in Oil

Need a little advice please. I believe I might have a cracked block as large amounts of coolant (plain water in this case) is getting into the oil. I noticed the other day that a massive amount of steam was coming from the valve-cover discharge hose and the tractor was "burning" coolant. Next was the water in the oil pan. Tonight, as I changed the oil, I added water to the radiator and it trickled right out into the oil pan. This seems to be worse than simply the sleeve rings or a head gasket, as the water enters the block at the water pump, located below the head gasket. Any thoughts our past experiences would be greatly appreciated.
