Should i paint or not

Im going to sell my tractor in the future and was wondering if i should have it painted or not.Its a Ford 4400 and it came standard with Yellow paint.When i got it 5years ago it was painted blue.Now after these years have passed the blue is starting to chip off the body more than then sheet metal.The rims are starting to rust up to so i figured i can paint that but im not sure about the body.What do you guys think?
It has 2400 hrs on it with no loader.
What do you think its worth?
Had people tell me its 3500 to 4500.Needs rear tires but i left them like that so im not tearing up the lawn
