Bill H and AB Mike are correct.There were only 2321 manufactured in the early '40's, possibly for 2 years only. When I sandblasted the rear rims on my V, the Goodyear rims were stamped with the manufacturing dates of 1940 and 1941 respectively.The V has an unusually large rear diff. and as AB Mike stated, a 4 cyl. Continental.
