Thats kind of a BS answer Ford is no better or worse than any other old tractor and definatly a lot easier and cheaper to find parts for and work on than many others. That being said and to answer the mans question an 8N is not a good loader tractor. The front end is just not strong enough to handle a loader bucket. I think that if I was looking for a loader machine I would consider a Farmall or Allis. Lack of power steering on any old tractor makes them a bear to drive with a loader so you might want to look a little newer like early sixties and find something with Power steering which would also give you the advantage of live PTO and Hydraulics.
