This is just a guess on my part, but does it have an electrical wire going to the injection pump? (does it shut off with the key or is there a pull cable to shut it off?) if it does shut down with the key you need to make sure the wire to the pump has power on it with the key on, next would be to check the shut down solenoid in the pump, you should hear a faint click from the pump when the key is turned on and off, hope this helps.
