The 1066 is a great tractor, but more than you need. That is a 120 or so HP machine. It's little brother without a turbo would be a 700 or 800 series tractor. Like a 706, 756, 766, 806, 856, 866. They are essentially the same tractors, different years, and a bit different in size. Any of them would handle the bat wing mower.

I worked on a cherry farm for years, we had a 12' bat wing that was pulled with a 3600 Ford. That's quite a bit smaller, but it handled it fine, though there wasn't much for hills.
