Ford 3400 3cyl help

I have a 70's 3400 loader that ran when parked... I tried to crank it up for the spring and the motor seems locked up... checked the starter.. it's good... any suggestions? Someone told me it could be the hyd pump... What or how can I free it up? Has anyone had this problem with a 3400 series? Thanks
