Thanks for all the information. The Bush Hog is a pull type, good quality, with straight universal shaft. I pulled this bush hog behind a Allis Chalmers 45D for several years, and just started twisting the PTO shaft when I put it behind the MM. One suggestion was that I had too much torque for the bush hog gear box. Another suggestions was that it had become warped and was running too low to the ground. It does seem to be lower on one side than the other.
