I saw some made for a Case a while
back...the guy started with a rubber feed pan
and cut two round 1/4" plates....one was a
clearance fit for the bottom of the inside of the
pan.... the other was cut to fit near the rim of
the pan so it was larger due to the pans'
taper....this top plate also had a large (4-5
inch) center hole cut into it for hub clearance.
He had burned 4 mounting holes in the
pattern of the tractor hubs' weight mounting
holes into each plate....4 pieces of pipe were
welded to the plates over these holes to
space the plates apart and to provide a thru
hole for the mounting bolts. The plates were
set in the into the pan and the cement was
poured thru the center hole...he said the
cement was mixed "pretty wet" so it would
flow. There were some heavy washers made
from 3/4" plate welded to the bottom plate at
each of the holes to give hub clearance when
the weights were bolted to tractor hub. They
were painted Case orange (f'beau red) and
looked pretty good. :-)
