A question about placing a photo ad ???

I would like to place a photo ad and have browsed the site and I noticed that it says that after I submit my information about the tractor, my personal information, etc. that I will be able to "upload" a photo for the ad. The only photo I have access to is on a 3 1/2 " disc. What does "upload" mean and will I be able to get my photo into the ad from my disc?
