Lynn, look around town where you live, talk with the dealers, Case/IH or John deer most always have parts avaible for mid to late sixties tractors an implments, if not in that area there are alot of tractor junk yards you can also get parts from. Talk with your neighbors either side of you, ask them who they have dealing with in the past. Hope this helps you only my three cents :o)
