Your tractor will have a longer rolling distance and have to have greater ground speed before it will take off compared to sea level operation. Recomend the pilot to breath oxygen if you take her over 10,000 ft.
Engine cooling efficincy will be reduced as the thinner air cannot carry heat away as fast. Somewhat compensated by the reduced power output if naturaly aspirated.
