My 2 cents worth the price

With inflation I was wandering what opinions were worth these days. Most everyone values their opinion at two cents. Has the value increased with inflation, the quality of the opinions gone up or down. I'm sure my two cents worth is not worth more than that as my son told me a while back. I'm talking advice here, not knowledge and help, as everyone on this board is very helpful.
