Ford 871

I found an 871 diesel with SOS that supposedly the engine has been rebuilt but not back on the tractor yet. Other than that , the tractor is complete .What would be a fair price to pay for it as is ? Are the SOS trannys any good ? I have a 640 now , but this tractor interests me . Mainly to put my loader on since it has an automatic tranny & power steering .Any help or advice ? Thanks.
