Tractor Identification

I have a chance to buy a 364 IH. The owner says it is a 364 and he thinks it is a 1977 model. The tractor is very weathered with no legible decals or other means of identification. Can anyone tell me if this is indeed a 364? The model # is---A48003B005784 + The two "0"s after the B may be something else! If this doesn't help, can anyone give me an accurate description of this tractor? ANY help would be appreciated. THANKS
