I am from Alabama, NY, and I have two nearby dealers of JD parts and equipment. One in Oakfield, and one in Alexander. They have always had very good attitudes towards all of my own, and the farm's business. Sure most of the parts we need aren't in stock, but they are from the 40's and 50's, they have made thousands of tractors and equipment since then, and they need the shelf space for the parts for the newer ones. And as for the salesman, we went in to ask him about a 720 Diesel Standard, and he got right off the phone and hopped up and walked us out to it and took any questions we had about it. We didn't buy it, but it was purchased the very next day, Doesn't that say somethin about salesmanship. Before you go and write off all of JD, try another dealer, and dont forget, we all have our bad days.
