JohnJ: 90+ percent of tractors don't have titles or similar paperwork, and it's a safe bet that your 8N is in this category. However, there are exceptions--my 63 Fordson Super Major DID have a NY vehicle registration, as it had at some point in its life been used for road work or something similar (it had a backhoe and loader) and was registered to drive on the road. Tractors used exclusively for farm work don't need this extra paperwork.
