I'm sorry to hear of your bad luck. Maybe try anothr JD dealer for parts if theres one close by.Ive had excellent luck with our dealer here, any parts not in stock are usually here in a day or 2,only
needed 1 warranty service call and they were here the next day.As for wanting parts to be there when you get there I usually make a call ahead then you know if what you want is in stock. I tink the Farm equipment business isnt what it used to be. We have lost alot dealers in the last 20 -25 years , mostly smaller ones.
