Don't know anything about a MH 30 but the Cockshutt 20 has a Continental 140 engine The oil pressure relief valve is located under the manifolds,remove a plug, the spring, adjusting washers, which gets you to the oil pressure relief valve. I was able to remove mine with a 1/2 inch tap. Can't thread it in, but stick in and jam it sideways and pull the valve out. Sounds like it might work. Good Luck
